INFORMATIVE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA USING COOKIES

personal data and on the free movement of such data. Pursuant to European Regulation 2016/679, hereinafter referred to briefly as.
“Regulation”, we inform you that the processing of personal data carried out on the site by means of so-called cookies, will be based on the principles of
lawfulness and transparency, to protect the confidentiality and rights of those concerned.

The purpose of this cookie policy (“Cookie Policy”) is to inform you about the use of cookies by this website (“Site”). Cookies are used to make your experience on the Site easier and more intuitive, to provide more pleasant and efficient navigation, and to store and transmit certain information about you.

1. WHAT ARE COOKIES
Cookies are small text files sent by the Site to your device (“Device”) and stored on your device, to be retransmitted on each subsequent visit.

2. TYPES OF COOKIES
Profiling cookies are aimed at creating profiles related to the user in order to track their behavior and are used in order to offer services such as, for example, sending advertisements in line with the preferences expressed by the user when browsing the web. The Site does not use profiling cookies.
The classification that responds to the rationale of the legal regulation and therefore also to the needs of personal protection, is that which is based, ultimately, on two macro-categories:

• Profiling cookies, used to trace specific actions or recurring behavioral patterns in the use of the offered functionalities (patterns) back to determined, identified or identifiable subjects, in order to group the different profiles within homogeneous clusters of different width, so that it is also possible for the owner, among other things, to modulate the provision of the service in an increasingly personalized manner beyond what is strictly necessary for the provision of the service, as well as to send targeted advertising messages, i.e. in line with the preferences expressed by the user in the context of web browsing

2.1 Technical Cookies
Technical cookies are used for the sole purpose of optimizing your navigation on the Site and enabling us to provide you with the services you request. Technical cookies are generally distinguished into navigation cookies, functionality cookies and analytical cookies. Specifically:

• (a) browsing cookies: these are essential to provide an optimal user experience or to allow you to authenticate yourself on the Site. Browsing cookies are normally session cookies and, therefore, once the browsing browser is closed, they are deleted;
• (b) functionality cookies are used for the purpose of storing certain user preferences (e.g., language or country of origin), without having to reset them on subsequent visits. Functionality cookies are often persistent cookies, in that they remain stored in the Device even after the browsing browser is closed, until the expiration date set for them or until the user decides to delete them;

4. BROWSING WITHOUT COOKIES IS STILL POSSIBLE.
The user still has the option of browsing the Internet without downloading cookies. There are several ways to achieve this
result, some of them are reported here:
BLOCK THIRD-PARTY COOKIES
Third-party cookies are generally not essential for browsing, so you can reject them by default, through special
functions of your browser.
ENABLE THE “DO NOT TRACK” OPTION
The Do Not Track option is present in most of the latest generation of browsers. Websites designed to
comply with this option, when activated, should automatically stop collecting some of your
browsing. As mentioned, however, not all websites are set up to respect this (discretionary) option.ACTIVATE THE “ ANONYMOUS BROWSING ” MODE
Through this feature you can browse without leaving a trace in the browser of your browsing data. The sites will not remember you, the pages you visit will not be stored in your history and new cookies will be deleted.
However, the anonymous browsing feature does not guarantee anonymity on the Internet, because it only serves to keep your browsing data in the browser, while instead your browsing data will continue to remain available to website operators and
connectivity providers.
DELETE COOKIES DIRECTLY
There are special functions to do this in all browsers. Remember, however, that new
cookies, so the deletion operation should be performed periodically. If desired, some browsers offer systems
automated systems for periodic deletion of cookies

5. WE CAREFULLY STORE DATA, ONLY FOR AS LONG AS NECESSARY.
In compliance with the principle of minimization, we inform you that the data of technical cookies are kept for a time from the single session up to a maximum of two years.

In relation to the processing operations described in this Notice, the data subject may, under the conditions provided for in the Regulations, exercise the rights enshrined in, among others, Articles 15 to 21 of the Regulations and, in particular:
Right of access: article 15 of the Regulation – right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not there is ongoing processing of data
personal data concerning you and, if so, to obtain access to your personal data

• Right of rectification – Article 16 of the Regulation – right to obtain, without undue delay, rectification of personal data
  inaccurate personal data concerning you and/or the integration of incomplete personal data
• Right to erasure (right to be forgotten) – Article 17 of the Regulation – right to obtain, without undue delay, the
  erasure of personal data concerning you
• Right to restriction of processing – Article 18 of the Regulation – right to obtain restriction of processing
• Right to data portability – Article 20 of the Regulation – right to receive, in a structured, commonly used and
  machine-readable, personal data provided to the Controller
• Right to object – Article 21 of the Regulation – right to object to processing at any time, on grounds related
  to the particular situation of the data subject
• Right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
